The backdrop is where your event’s photos happen: the toast, the group shot, the moment with grandma. Paula designs it as the focal point of the room.

Her backdrops include a white flower wall with LOVE letters for a sweetheart table, burgundy drapes with red roses on pedestals, a candlelit engagement welcome sign framed with baby’s breath, and balloon garlands around arch panels, sequin walls and red flower walls. Each one is sized for the space and the group that will stand in front of it.

A photo spot everyone actually uses

A backdrop only works if guests gather in front of it. Paula places it where people naturally flow, away from doors and service paths, and frames it so a group of six can fit in one shot.

She adds signs with names, dates or welcome messages to make every photo personal.

Flowers, fabric or balloons

Different events call for different textures. Draped fabric feels formal and romantic. Flower walls feel lush and wedding-ready. Balloon garlands add color and fun.

Paula often combines them, for example fabric drapes with fresh roses or a balloon garland around a floral panel.

Installed and removed for you

Backdrops are heavy, bulky and awkward to transport. Paula delivers, assembles and anchors everything at your venue, then returns to take it down when the event is over.

Before the event she checks the venue’s setup times so installation fits their schedule.
