Everything included in a luxury picnic, the add-ons, deposit, delivery fees and policies, in one place.

Luxury picnic package

Every picnic is quoted individually based on your date, guest count, location and décor. Here is what every package includes.

  • Delivery, setup and cleanup
  • Floor-style wooden tables
  • Rugs or throws under the tables
  • Plush cushions or pillows for every guest
  • Fresh flower arrangements
  • Plates, cotton napkins and utensils
  • Rattan placemats, a runner and candle holders with candles
  • Two hours of picnic time

Fees & add-ons

Standard delivery $60
Delivery downtown, to skyline-view locations or about one hour’s drive away $120
Fringed umbrella $40
Side table, 8 ft, with tablecloth (great for food and drinks you bring) $40
Custom themes, signs, balloon décor and special requests Quoted individually

Balloon installations, venue decorations and tablescapes are quoted individually after Paula learns about your event, venue and colors.

Good to know

Food and drinks are not included. Chicago Luxury Picnic & Decoration by Paula is a décor and styling business and is not licensed to prepare or serve food. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks or arrange delivery from a licensed restaurant or caterer.

Guest count

Please confirm your final number of guests one week before your event.

Weather

If the weather is poor on the day of an outdoor picnic, your picnic can be rescheduled.

Permits and park fees

Chicago Luxury Picnic & Decoration by Paula is not responsible for permits or other charges required by parks or venues. The Chicago Park District requires a permit for outdoor events of 50 or more people and for tents, amplified sound or alcohol. Paula is happy to tell you whether your plan is likely to need one.

Deposit

A $150 non-refundable deposit secures your date and is applied to your final bill.
