We require $150 non refundable deposit that goes towards your final bill to secure the date.
if the weather conditions are not good we can reschedule the picnic.
Rental is for 2h and delivery fee is $60. ( downtown or skyline view delivery is $120, or if the location is taking 1h to the location from Mount Prospect )
Food is not included.
Number of people needs to be confirmed a week prior to the event.
I am not taking any responsibilities for the permits or other charges .
